Based in the beautiful Hawke’s Bay, HB Spirits was initially conceived in December 2010.
Trial runs of Grappa distillation were extremely successful and Hawke’s Bay Spirits was incorporated in January 2012.
We run our first full vintage in 2012, some of which is the Oaked variety.
The bottles are 375ml. (pictured below)
