The Great Grappa revival.
When first trying Grappa sometimes peoples first reaction is "jeez, it's like rocket fuel".
I'm not sure how they make this similarity. Have they actually tasted rocket fuel?

Originating from Italy, Grappa used to be considered a peasants spirit.
Over the years Grappa has become more refined and smoother but still packs a punch.
Not many people outside of the wine and restaurant industry have even heard of Grappa let alone tasted it.
Hopefully that is about to change.
